The prices below are shown per room per night (two people sharing) and includes a delicious cooked breakfast.

All of our rooms are either king size, double or twin bedded. We offer a discounted single occupancy from Sunday to Thursday only (please see tariff below).

On Bank Holidays we require a booking of at least two nights. Bank Holiday Sundays and Mondays are not included in multiple night rates.

Apologies but we do not accommodate children under 14 years of age including babies, or any pets.

All rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 persons.

All rooms are Non-Smoking-that includes hanging out of the window.

Check-in is from 2:30pm: Check-out is by: 10:45am.

Early Check-in and/or Late Check-out is often available.

Early Check-in 1200 midday instead of 1430 £20.00

Late Check-out 1300 instead of 1030 £20.00

Breakfast is served from 8:30am – 9:30am: from 8am by prior arrangement.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel as close as a week before and we will refund your deposit.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, the whole price of the booking will become payable.

To cancel you must email us and have the email acknowledged.

If you have booked through a third party, ie Booking.com you must cancel through them as well.

Free parking adjacent to the Inn for overnight guests.

By booking you agree to pay for any serious damage caused. (This does not mean a broken glass or cup but would include mattress replacement.)
