Christmas Menu 2019

Starters

• Roasted Pumpkin Soup parmesan, toasted pumpkin seeds and white truffle (V)
• Chicken Liver Parfait pistachio and cranberry butter, toasted sourdough and onion jam
• Smoked salmon dill dressing, focaccia croutons and dill pearls

Main Courses

all served withsautéed brussels sprouts with pancetta and chestnuts, cauliflower cheese and seasonal veg

• Classic Three Bird Roast smoked chipolatas, chateau potatoes, stuffing and rich pan gravy
• Pan fried Sea Bass tiger prawn bouillabaisse, celeriac, butternut squash and samphire
• Gloucestershire Pork Belly black pudding, peas à la Française, Madeira jus, apple and new potatoes
• Beetroot Falafel butternut squash, BBQ corn, halloumi and pomegranate dressing (V)

Desserts

• Classic Christmas Pudding mulled wine winter berries and brandy sauce
• Irish Coffee and Penderyn Whiskey Parfait hot cinnamon doughnuts
• Vanilla Panna cotta sloe gin soup and shortbread
